Because these services are customised and work may begin after payment, all payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation
A client may request cancellation of a service by contacting Snapp DZN.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for payments already made or work already completed.

Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
